British Heart Foundation has online resources as well as some that you can order to use at home.  Help your children to maintain a healthy lifestyle through good food choices and exercise, learn how the body works, and there’s also a kid’s club to sign up for to receive activities through the post.

Royal Museums Greenwich are sharing epic stories during this time.  You could also follow their blog for other interested facts.
