Vision & Values
At Beecholme, our values are at the core of everything we do. They were established and developed by the children and help shape our attitudes to learning and each other. When we focus on these values, we improve achievement and support the development of key social and emotional skills, that will last throughout their lives. These positive values are modelled by staff across the school and older pupils also take on the role of modelling these to their younger peers.
Children, families, staff and governors worked together to shape the vision for the school.
Standards and Achievement
Every child is an Independent and reflective learner, who is highly motivated to dream and achieve their full potential. Our stimulating curriculum sets high standards and expectations, both in and out of school, which are recognised, valued, and celebrated.
Provision
Our engaging and vibrant curriculum reflects our ever-evolving diverse community. It is delivered through inspiring teaching, utilising technology, integrating indoor and outdoor learning, preparing the children to become global citizens.
Wellbeing
All children thrive, learn, and grow in a safe environment which allows them to feel valued. They develop the ability to communicate confidently and competently about their thoughts and feelings. The physical and mental health of the whole school community is at the heart of everything we do.
Partnership and Community
Our school’s success is built on strong relationships and communication between the whole school community. Children, families, staff, the trust and governors work together in partnership respectfully, acknowledging and celebrating differences within our Beecholme community.
