We have a speech and language TA who has done the ELKLAN training, and who works closely with our SENDCo and teachers to identify and support children who have speech language and communication needs. Where appropriate, children work in small groups or individually using the VERBO speech and language program to improve their expressive and receptive language skills. We also have a speech and language therapist, allocated to us by our Local Authority, who works with our children who have EHCPs with a speech and language package.
